Founded in May 2009 upon approval by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Juxin International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juxin Leasing") is a Sino-foreign financial leasing joint venture specialized in quality education, healthcare and public utilities and other industries, providing SMEs and public institutions and other customers with leasing solutions by the way of direct leasing and leaseback.
Juxin Leasing implements a stable and diversified equity structure to ensure market-based operation mechanism, which has strong shareholder background, and covers important shareholders such as Goldstone (subsidiary corporation of CITIC SECURITIES). Juxin Leasing keeps good business cooperation relationship with dozens of financial institutions such as four major commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, urban and rural commercial banks and policy banks (China Development Bank), and has obtained bank credit lines of tens of billions yuan. Meanwhile, Juxin Leasing enjoys rapid development of asset-backed securitization business with product distribution scale at the forefront in the industry，as well as high quality sources of funds.
Juxin Leasing is a standing council member of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, a vice president member of CLBA, a standing council unit of China Financial Leasing Enterprises Association, a vice president unit of Shanghai Leasing Trade Association, a council member of Shanghai Service Federation and a council member of Shanghai Xuhui District Contract Credit Promotion Association.

In May.2018, Juxin Leasing launched its public welfare campaign and a group led by the General Manager of the Marketing Department of Juxin Leasing went to Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan for targeted poverty alleviation, signing the agreement on donation of libraries with four impoverished counties including Luxi, Shiping, Pingbian and Yuanyang.
