Recently, Juxin Leasing adhered to the philosophy of developing under the leadership of Party building. Starting with Party Building+, it respects "implementing the major decisions and plans of the Party Central Committee" as its political consciousness and is developing its Party Branch into a stronghold practicing national strategies, assisting industry and finance coordination and serving the economy and people's livelihood.

This year marks the 100^th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. The Party Branch of Juxin Leasing actively organized to study the Party history, and signed bank-enterprise co-building agreements with the Sales Department of Huaxia Bank Shanghai Branch. Both parties would, based on in-depth business cooperation, build learning, activity and cooperation platforms, promote the Party Building+ work mode, highlight the leading role of Party building, advantage supplementing and resources sharing among Party branches, improve Party members' quality and the serving, learning and innovating capacities of grassroots Party organizations, and work together to improve and innovate the Party building practices in a new situation.

The Party Branch of Juxin Leasing, founded in 2011, has 23 Party members, and the Party Branch of the Sales Department of Huaxia Bank Shanghai Branch was established in 1996 and has 13 Party members now. The two entities, following the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the instructions of the General Secretary on development of the financial service industry in recent years, have built a Party member pioneer team with determined ideal and belief and strong sense of dedication. The two Party branches, during the Party history themed education, cooperated for many times on Party courses, to encourage their own Party members to learn the political theories and consolidate their ideals and believes. While exchanging on financial service experiences, they helped to build high-quality financial service systems. They promoted the business development by virtue of the Party co-building and co-served development of the region.

Firm believes bring about confidence in actions. In the post-pandemic time, in the severe economy, Juxin Leasing performs its functions following the political guidance, and incorporates the Party building work in the whole business process. It proactively shares Party building methods with its partners and collaborates with them on bank-enterprise cooperation and dealing with tough problems in business. They deepen the ideologically, politically, and action consensuses, carry out the assignment plans on "maintaining stability in six key fronts and ensuring security in six key areas", and co-build their ability to implement major Party and national decisions. They provide inclusive financial services to manufacturing, high-tech enterprises, small and micro-sized enterprises, to assist them in resuming production, transformation and development.
