To greet the 100^th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee honored a number of Excellent Party Members of Shanghai, Excellent Party Affairs Workers of Shanghai and Shanghai Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations. According to the selection and honoring procedures, including recommendation, consultation, review and investigation, 200 candidates for Excellent Party Members of Shanghai, for Excellent Party Affairs Workers of Shanghai and for Shanghai Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations were selected. Li Zhimin, Secretary of the Party Branch of Juxin leasing, was on the list, winning the title of Excellent Party Affairs Worker of Shanghai.

Li Zhimin is the Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairwomen and labor chairwomen of Juxin Leasing. She works hard and is highly competent, and is an excellent Party member working down-to-earth. She cares about people and has a strong sense of responsibility. Under her leadership, the Party Branch of Juxin Leasing won titles like "Star Party Organization" and "Outstanding Basic Party Organization" for many times. At the same time, she is the initiator of Juxin Leasing public welfare programs, having set up a volunteer service team, organized employees to participate in the helping-student activities to build a love booking room for primary schools in mountainous area of Yunnan Province for many years, and continuously contributed to the healthy growth of children in mountainous areas of China. She was a Shanghai Model Worker and National Women's Achievement Model.
