Juxin Leasing provides customers with direct leasing, back leasing and other leasing services in various forms.
Direct leasing: Juxin Leasing purchases equipment as designated by the customer. During the lease term, the customer obtains the rights of possession, use and earnings of the equipment, pays rent to Juxin Leasing on schedule, and obtains the complete ownership of the equipment upon expiry of the lease term. Direct leasing can help customers overcome the difficulties of insufficient funds for one-time purchase of equipment.
Back leasing: The customer transfers the ownership of the existing equipment to Juxin Leasing for financing, pays rent to Juxin Leasing on schedule during the lease term, and regains the complete ownership of the equipment upon expiry of the lease term. Customers can use the financing funds for their daily operation, development requirements and other various purposes.
Other leasing businesses include trust leasing, subleasing, joint leasing, leveraged leasing, manufacturer leasing and other kinds of leasing, which can provide financial leasing services matching with various business scenarios.
